Facebook Live Sales Policy
At Soothin Moodz Crystals , we’re excited to host Facebook Live Sales every Sunday and Wednesday night at 6:30 PM, along with occasional random live Stream.
Please review the following policy guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers.
Payment Terms
All sales from live events must be paid in full within 72 hours of the live session. If you need additional time, extensions can be considered for full-priced items only, provided the request for an extension is made prior to the live session.
No extensions will be granted on clearance items, as they are offered at discounted prices for a quick sale to make room for new stock.

Outstanding Invoices
Customers with outstanding invoices will not be invited to participate in future live sales until the balance is fully settled or arrangements have been made.
Pick-Up Policy
All orders must be picked up within 3 weeks from the live sale date. After this period you will be billed for postage.
Storage is something we dont have.
Open boxes are available for customers who purchase weekly, allowing you to save on shipping costs. If possible, we will always aim to reduce shipping charges for you.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped as long as there are no notifications from you requesting a delay or change. If you need any adjustments, please reach out as soon as possible.

Rudeness or disrespect towards myself or other members of our crystal community will not be tolerated. We are here to enjoy and connect, and negative behavior can detract from the experience.
First Sold on My Screen
Please note that the first person to claim an item on my screen is the official owner of the item. There may be slight delays depending on internet speed, but rest assured, the system is fair and the first claim on my screen takes priority.
Enjoyment & Participation
We are all here for a fun and enjoyable time, so please feel free to actively participate in the live stream! Please dont sit on the background This space is designed for you to enjoy, explore, and connect with our wonderful crystal community.

Layby Terms & Conditions
20% Deposit: Pay a 20% deposit on full-price items. Remaining Balance: The rest is to be paid off in equal installments over 6 weeks. Missed Payments: Any missed payments will void all money paid to date. Minimum Layby Amount: The minimum layby amount is $250.
COD Terms & Conditions
72-Hour Validity: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be completed within 72 hours of placing the order. Order Expiry: If payment is not received within 72 hours, the order will be canceled.
Shipping & Insurance Policy
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $15 for a medium Australia Post box. Insurance: Please let me know if you require additional insurance. I am not responsible for your Crystal babies once they are packed, cared for, and handed over to Australia Post. Automatic Coverage: Insurance up to $100 is included automatically. Contact for Issues: If any issues arise with your order, please contact me directly so we can resolve the situation quickly.
